Gavin Floyd was on top of his game, blanking Riverton on just 2 hits and right
fielder Magglio Ordonez went yard and had 2 RBI at Ameriquest Field where the
Algonquin Indians beat the slumping Riverton Wolverines by the score of 8 to
0.
 
Floyd(3-2) escaped virtually unscathed against the Riverton hitters.  He
surrendered only 2 hits and no walks in 9 innings.  Algonquin totaled 13 hits
on the afternoon.  
 
Livan Hernandez(1-7) ended up with the loss.  He got hit pretty hard, allowing
11 hits and 3 walks in 5 and 1/3 innings.
