topped the Riverton Wolverines by the slimmest of margins, 5 to 4.
 
North Shore came up with 3 runs in the 5th inning when they had 4 base hits.
It was enough to earn the victory.  North Shore had a total of 8 hits for the
game.  
 
The win was credited to Ryan Dempster(6-6) who went 6 innings allowing 3 runs.
Dempster got help from David Weathers who was credited with his 1st save.
Jorge De La Rosa(1-7) was the loser.  He gave up 5 runs in 4 innings of work.
 
The North Shore ballclub's record now stands at 35-41.  Riverton continued
their losing ways and their record is now 19-60, worst in the division.  They
are 2-8 in their last ten games.
