Mike Jacobs touched them all and had 3 RBI as the Riverton Wolverines topped
the Algonquin Indians by a score of 6 to 3 at Coors Field.
 
Riverton tallied 4 runs in the 4th inning with the help of 6 hits.  The key
at-bat was by Jacobs who elicited a roar from the hometown fans when he
smashed a two-run homer (his 9th of the season).  Riverton finished with 12
hits while Algonquin ended up with 7.  
 
The victory was credited to Jarrod Washburn(1-6) who went 5 and 2/3 innings,
allowing 3 runs. B.J. Ryan recorded the save, his 6th.  Gavin Floyd(3-3)
ended up with the loss.  He gave up 6 runs in 3 and 2/3 innings and saw his
ERA jump from 5.19 to 5.83.
